Adverse...

Options
Morning all...

Looking to see if a mortgage would be possible with the following, and whether it would be likely we would need to go adverse...

Me...a ccj registered in may 2015 for £689, satisfied in July 1015 (Anglian water)
A default of £54 registered in august 2014, fully satisfied
Perfect repayments since the above. They were never down to lack of money...I had a still born baby and kind of lost my mind and my ability to cope with everything! These are on my Experian and noddle files, but not on equifax.

Husband...huge issues with ex wife which resulted in late mortgage and loan payments, all settled with sale of house in august 2011. Default from lloyds bank also in 2011.

We are looking at a house for £210k with a deposit of 25.8%

Both have two credit cards all with zero balances. I have a next account with 2k limit, zero balance. I also have car finance for family car with 12k left, perfect repayment history.

Current mortgage has 17k left and perfect repayment.

I know we need to see a broker and have an appointment booked for Wednesday to have a chat. So I suppose I am after reassurance that it could be done???

Thanks.
