Hi,
I was told by my credit union that it was not possible to pay off my loan with a credit card (0%). Is this true and if so. Is there another method to transfer my loan to something with lower interest.

if they won't take payment that way then it is true! is there a charge for the balance tranfer? will your card transfer to your bank?2021 GC £1365.71/ £24000

If they won't take a CC payment you need a money transfer card but there are few completely free MT cards at the moment. What APR is the loan ?0

Instead maybe start spending on the 0% card and then using the money to the loan. That way you are effectively paying with the CC while avoiding balance transfer fees. May take a while depending on the loan amount but will likely be cheaper than doing a balance transfer.0
