Hi again
A quick question my broker says that there is the option to say that commitments will be repaid, and having done the Halifax affordability calculator a couple of times it says commitments 'to remain', on reading its confusing whether I would have to evidence they have been repaid before completion or whether I could complete the repayment when the mortgage completes, I'm guessing before gives me a couple of months and on completion would potentially give me an extra payday...
If that makes sense, naturally life doesn't happen in the most convenient way and just debating whether I can say they will repaid or whether better to just keep paying them down accepting that my credit report won't catch up in time!
Any thoughts from people with experience?
