Sorry ive lost my thread 
Has anyone got a template letter for me to write to shoppercheck (its like provident credit services where they leand unsecured loans) Well they are showing on my credit file as a search for a loan that i requested few mnths ago.... the agent told me today its new they never used to do this.. BUT They should of asked my permission or told me first surely? So i am going to complain..... Also same for nationwide i asked for a manual and she used experian ..
As i think the searches have affected my score...
