Received something I didn't order

I recently placed an order online with a well known shop. When my order got delivered I had received a pair of shoes that I did not order. I have checked my invoice that I received this the parcel and I have checked my online account and there are no records of me purchasing them. Does this mean I can keep them or do I have to send them back? :undecided

I once ordered a pair of trainers for my son, size 7 (adult size) and a baby pair of size 7 arrived aswell, nothing to say they were in the parcel, nobody ever asked for them back, so I kept them.

I wouldn't send them back but I would contact them ,and get them to arrange to collect from you. I did that once and they never came back to me so I kept the stuff.
