Private Parking Set-Asides also starting to clog up the County Courts?

Just looking at today's County Court list from the BMPA's website and surprised at the number of cases now being heard for set-asides.
Default judgments must be so high now that PPCs are issuing court papers like confetti. Credit worthiness ratings trashed no doubt in many of them. I wonder if these were moved address cases? Time Theresa May got on with sorting this out.
