So we received our mortgage offer and it's a pound short...do we need to worry about this?

    I think I'm just a bit concerned that the offer doesn't match the illustration, will the lender have to re-issue it?

    The illutration is just a quote. The offer is the important document.
    The offer will only need to be re-issued if the pound is that important to you.

    If you are happy with the offer as it stands then there is nothing to worry about.
