Self Employed not filed 1st Year Accounts can I get a mortgage?

Options
I've been working for the same business group for 4 years across various companies they own. Since July 2016 I have been self employed as their business is in Hong Kong and don't have PAYE.

I'm trying to get a mortgage as a first time buyer with my wife, my wife has been employed for the last 5 years.

Our credit score with Experian is both in the 900's.

We have 5% deposit to put down.

Are their lenders out there who lend to self employed people without accounts being filed?

As your not strictly self employed by the sounds of it, there may be lenders for it. It would be worth getting yoru contract infront of an experienced broker I think.
