Does any body know anything about this company? Are they reputable. I have had my first letter from them asking for an amount almost double what I owe and also back dated from months before I paid my last bill. Do I ring them up to query the amount? - as I am a bit loathe to do as I don't want them phoning me. Or do I pay the outstanding amount I think I owe and send them copies of statements I have already paid or do I pay in full then complain about the amount. There is no mention anywhere about any interest rates etc.
Thanks for any help.

Hi
I would agree not to pay them the entire amount - it would be worth you contacting the CAB about this as I'm sure that they're just trying it on! I think there are some good template letters on national debtline website as well - might be worht a look?

I know that this thread is old but if anybody does read it now i'd encourage them not to use this company.
They are full of promises but don't actually deliver anything. You can't get hold of anybody if you need to. they don't give you the promised "detailed monthly update" and seem to do nothing at all.
Please stear clear of them. This is from someone who has lost money through dealing with them0
