Cash advance from Nationwide - can I move this to another provider

Nearly two years ago my wife and I borrowed a sum of money from Nationwide, which was in the form of a further advance. This was for home improvements and to clear a credit card debt.
That was on a two year tracker. As that two year period is soon coming to an end, I am starting to look if I can move that amount onto a new deal, either on a fixed rate or another tracker.
Does anyone know if I have to stay with Nationwide, or if I can move this amount to another provider?

You would need to move your entire mortgage to another provider - you would not be able to simply move this portion.0
