How does it work to get your free coffee with a purchase?

Easy thing for the builders to buy - a newspaper or a bottle of water.

The thing I've learned about this is W expect people to buy a coffee AFTER they've done their shopping. I always used to walk around with trolley in one hand, latte in the other. :)

I had my once every three months shopping trip to w'rose last Saturday and used my free voucher for fabric conditioner to get my coffee cup, then I was quite happy to wander around and take my time finding my shopping.I had other vouchers to use up and came out with over £42 s worth of stuff for just over £24, plus my free newspaper anf free coffee :):) Thank you waitrose see you in three months time
  • I'm amazed at ppl getting all grumped up about this free -ish coffee offer .. its like the banks offering a discounted rate mortgage and then people !!!!!!ing off to a different provider after the discount term ends, nobody would complain about that or complain it wasn't in the spirit of the offer.
When the BSocietys were giving away free money I bet all the complainers filled their Boots ...
