IPA, no mention of it at interview

I've had my telephone interview, the gentleman was very relaxed & helpful, we went through my income/expenditure which all seemed fine even though I have a negative balance. He did not mention an IPA, does this mean that they are not looking to give me one?

If you have less than £20per month of disposable money, you shouldn't have an IPA, so if your budget is in a negative balance, it would seem unlikely that the OR will give you an IPA.

However, the OR can make changes to your budget if he feels any of your spending is especially high. It really depends how you left the phone call. If you are scheduled to speak to them again, then this may be looked at again. But if the OR said he was happy with everything, there is no surplus on your budget and they didn't require any other information, it is unlikely they will give you an IPA.
