    So long as you both have wills (as she wont inherit anything from you w/o one).
  • We literally finalised our wills yesterday. I think I need to change over my private pension to confirm that it should pay to her in the event of my death as well?

    yes, fill out the expressions of wishes.

    Not that you dont love your little one to be, but you dont want them to inherit all you leave behind instead of their mother.

    If you died before you do, your child would be in line to inherit the pension.
