problems with Mysurvey

Anyone having problems with my survey? they seem to have stopped giving me surveys since Christmas. I have messaged them, but they are ignoring me.

Try emailing them from a different email address. When i had problems with them previously, they seemed to have some sort of filter in place to ignore known email addresses and the minute i did it from a new one, I got an answer. I think every few years, they do a demographic cull (although they wouldn't admit it) and I had to argue to receive my 'earned' points but they did pay up.

Mysurvey aren't the best for customer service I'm afraid. You can try what the previous poster suggested but wouldn't hold my breath where they are concerned.
