TSB - Non customer loan application

Afternoon Everyone,

I used the loan quote tool no impact on my credit file and it give me an 80% chance approval with several lenders.

Decided to go with TSB lowest APR.

Went through the application it then popped up with a screen asking me phone them.

Any ideas what that means? Don't want to waste my time phoning if they going to decline and save myself some embrassment.

Thanks.

Maybe they want to check some of the application, phone call could be 5 minutes or 10, just phone them.
  • Could just be that they need to check a security or status of your application. Just been deferred that's all.
