Court Fees Form EX160 Advice

I wanted to ask for advice on filling out a court form fee ex160.
On the form it asks "Married or living with someone and sharing an income".
I do live with a working partner, but we DO NOT share an income.
Basically we do not share a bank account, he works.
I am on benefits so my income is separate from his in total.
I also don't know how much he earns anyway.
We don't have our names jointly on any bills apart from the council tax as you have to list who's living at the address.
What do I put on the form!?
The debt is in my name not his.

If the DWP have accepted you as single for benefits purposes then you can put 'single' on the form.
The way it works now is that the courts check with the DWP before giving remission.
However ... 'I do live with a working partner' sounds like you should have been assessed as a couple. Maybe it's just the way you phrased it.
There is some advice here but it's too simplistic really

I am on contributions based ESA, and I also get PIP for both daily care and mobility.
I can provide the benefit letter as proof of income.
I note on the form it doesn't mention anything about pip do I put this under as "other income" or is PIP disregarded as its healthcare costs etc!?0 -
You dont share an income, so for the purposes of this form you are single.
I believe PIP is disregarded for income purposes also.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. Neither of those are means tested benefits so there could be further questions here but ... one step at a time. You may be OK.
PIP is excluded as income. CBESA isn't
The ex160A is here
