Looks like it ends at 10am 03/04 and it's monthly
"A winner will be selected every month until the competition closes. The draws will take place each first Monday of each month (or the following day if that Monday is a bank holiday).
The winning entry will be drawn at random amongst all entrants from the end of the previous draw to 10am that Monday."0
