Competition Rules:

1. Users MUST “like” The Mall Walthamstow Facebook page to qualify
2. Users MUST post a photo of themselves with their mother (or an alternative) - this image should be posted as a comment on the Competition post; and/or comment on the Competition post.
3. This competition will run until 12.00pm on the 25th March 2017. Entries received after this time will not be counted
4. The Mall Walthamstow reserve the right to accept alternative comments as valid entries, and/or moderate the comment feed to remove inappropriate content. Removed posts will not be counted as valid competition entries
5. You will be contacted by The Mall Walthamstow if you are one of the lucky winners. The winners of the prizes must respond within 30 days after notification
6. There are no cash alternatives or alternative prizes available
7. Participating and entering in this promotion is considered a complete release of Facebook by each entrant or participant. It is also an acknowledgement that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook
8. Winners agree to publicity and to be named on The Mall Walthamstow Facebook, Twitter, and/or main webpage upon making a submission
9. By entering, all eligible entrants agree to abide by each and all these terms and conditions. Misrepresentative or fraudulent entries will invalidate an entry.
10. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are not received for any reason.
11. If you win a competition, we will notify you by social media, telephone, or email. If we cannot contact you or you do not respond within two weeks, we reserve the right to offer the prize to another competition entrant.
12. Prizes cannot be transferred to another person, unless agreed by The Mall, Walthamstow.
13. Unless specified, all Prizes must be collected from The Mall Walthamstow in person. Winners must produce valid proof of ID upon collection.
14. No prize or part of a prize is exchangeable for cash, tickets or services.
15. If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize.
16. Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.
17. The Mall Walthamstow reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. We may also create rules which will apply to a specific competition only. If we do this we will publish the amended competition rules and/or specific competition rules on the relevant competition page.
