Hello , can anyone tell me how many and which BTL lenders still offer regulated BTL mortgages for family members.
Is there much difference in the rates.

    It is essentially a residential mortgage application (as opposed to a quick and easy unregulated buy to let), but with buy to let products. The interest rates are generally the same as for an unregulated applications.
