What does RV mean in a mortgage application

I was reading the mortgage broker notes on a Buy To Let Mortgage application. What does the acronym RV mean?
"Currently overpays and will continue to do so. Rent is increasing so OVERPAYMENT will increase to £800 pcm taking up to 10%. If this is not acceptable, sale of property is also RV."
