Soft top/non elastic trainer liners

For my mum due to medical issues cannot wear normal socks as they get too tight.
Saw a pair on Amazon - £18 for one pair!!! She's willing to pay that for six pairs - soft top socks are expensive as it is

If she's after trainer liners, just buy an ordinary pair of socks and cut off the tops, including the elasticated bits. A quick bit of hemming or overstitching if they look like fraying and the problem's sorted.0

They seem to be all socks and no trainer liners?
OP, I dont find trainer liners to be tight or elasticy if you know what I mean, has your mum tried the usual ones or does she definitely need non elastic ones?
