Holidays - a small amount per person would be allowed.
The gym - expect to be asked for evidence of medical recommendation
pocket money - unlikely to be allowed but worth asking.
Motoring - Very high mileage and new tyres every year? However, if this is essential work travel it should be ok.
Wife's prescriptions should be on a 12 month annual certificate at £8.50 per month.Unlikely the OR would allow £20 per mth (unless I've misunderstood the pre pay system)
You are all allowed a small amount for hair cuts.
£100 per week for food is more than enough to make savings within that budget you could put that into the pocket money fund.0
