How to check I'm not Sharing

Is there a site I can use to test my PC to make sure I'm not sharing any of my PC's files across the net. I think I might of accidently created a network???

Just creating a local network doesn't make your files accessible to people over the internet. One site I can think of is https://www.grc.com/x/ne.dll?bh0bkyd2 to test your firewall so nobody can get information through it.

There's a file sharing function to check whether anyone can access your files. Click on "File Sharing" and for full firewall scan click on "All Service Ports".

  • I had already used this and it came back ok, but I was wanting to check with people in the know.

I was just wanting to see if I could remotely access my other pc to get my docs. but I think I will leave it well alone.
