Has anyone had experience of buying from ideal world ?. I'm waiting for a delivery for first time and am beginning to think I've made big mistake buying from them .

Thanks for relies. Problems have occurred as I had a feeling they would.
On tracking my order at 0600hrs it was "on its way to courier" then nothing more until at 17.06 its "delivered to secure location", whatever that means, because its not here.0
