15% deposit new build lenders

Anyone know of any lenders who will accept 15% deposit for a new build
Broker can only come up with Barclays

    Having done a quick search, people may have had success with Skipton, as long as you go through London and Country (however whether this is true or not I don't know), however given many lenders are not willing to burn their fingers like they did some years ago if this option isn't possible then without help to buy then you may be out of luck.

    HSBC, Newcastle Building Society, (possible) Yorkshire Building Society are a few that look to offer 85% LTV for new build flats

    It might be worth looking for a broker with more newbuild experience if he can't come up with more than one lender for 85% on a newbuild flat.

    Maybe he's not "whole of market" and can only see a limited set of lenders. As above, find another broker.

    Edit: Just noticed your other thread. Are the criteria an 85% LTV for a new build flat AND accepting HM Forces Help to Buy Equity Loan? That could be the reason for the limited lenders.
