hi,

Was just wondering if anyone can help, I have just got a new job with bupa as a care assistant I have my induction next Monday was just wondering if anyone has had 1 before and what happens, how long after do you get your uniform and your proper shifts

    I'm guessing that timescales can vary by location. Presumably this information will be provided during the induction.
  • My friend had worked in one for a many of years and he was told, it is really hate the money grabbing company. Bupa run on minimum staff levels to keep the budget down and paper work is prioritized above care.
