I received little yellow ticket on my car parking on the edge of a car park , the ticket gave me a serial number date and time. When I got home I put my serial number in on the website and it had all my cars photos on the website I'm getting charged £60 but appealed this as I parked on edge of the car park - I wasn't obstructing the road or other vehicle's and I had paid and displayed my ticket , there was no sign to not park at this particular location , there was no yellow lines . There is no phone number on the website to discuss this and when I put my appeal in it said it would take up to 28days to respond to my appeal but I', concerned this is a scam - how can I tell?
