reduced payments help please

Hello
I posted a few days ago asking about advice about going bankrupt. Since then I have been thinking about my situation. I am so over committed with finance payments. We sold our house a year ago and have been using the etiquity to keep up with the payments.
If I contact the creditors do you think I will be able to get them to reduce the payments. I did contact my bank and although I have been making payments of over £600 to them without default they refused me a consolodation loan.
I have noticed that some have managed to get creditors to freeze interest.
How would you advise I go about it. My hope is that I can resurrect my business and resume full payments in the future
