easyGym has been advertising a free workout programme for women. It looks pretty good!
Can download the PDF from their website.
Official MoneySavingExpert insert Tue 21 Mar: You can download a free 12-week fitness guide as a PDF at this EasyGym link. It says it has been designed for women by EasyGym’s personal trainers, but of course men can follow it too. Some of the exercises featured require weights or fitness equipment so you’ll get the most out of this if you go to the gym or have access to fitness equipment at home.
