I have written a letter about 3 weeks ago to Loans.co.uk to complain with regards to my PPI.
I have now received a reply

Got letter back today from Loans.co.uk. They basically say that they did have a conversation with me with regards to the PPI. They completed a demands and needs over the phone and from that they recommended the policy. They say that they also did tell me that the policy only covered me for 3 years and that a personal illustration was sent out to me to review before any loan was taken out.

I never did receive this illustration and cant recall the conversation. I am now going to write to them and ask them for a copy of the conversation with regards to when the demands and needs took place.

They have said that this is there final decision and the next stage is the FOS. I think i will get the conversation details or at least the transcript first. Anybody any advice ?????
