Between a 5 year fix at 5.98% or a lifetime tracker at BOE base plus 0.33% (has a redemption penalty if changing within 5 years).
Neither have any set up fees and the tracker can be changed to a fixed product at anytime with no charge.
I realsie this is down to personal choice but just wondered what others would choose and why.
