  • Wow this has moved on a notch or two..soon be catching up with my number
The first time we said hello, was the first time we said goodbye. As the angels took your tiny hand and flew you to the sky-you forever left us breathless. RIP my beautiful granddaughter :(

Hi all this morning i got a letter from 'OR',
Last week i had to re submit my SOA due to th fact i had put in figures with a hp car that i knew would be going bak to the said company ,( this had a big effect on my SOA due to the way my incomings / outgoings totals etc.
The letter which i got today was a IPA (incomings payments agrrement) Which i have to sign-On it it says i have to pay the amount of tax to the 'OR' as a result of nil tax coding- this figure is equal to what i would be paying in tax to the taxman ( i can't wait till Monday to speak with my 'OR') Am i to take it that is it and i will not have to pay anything over and beong the possible 3yrs stint ?

I am pulling my hair out wondering if i wil have too , can anyone please advise if this is the end of it and i now know what i have to do for the next 1mths etc?
God i just want to be able to move on kowing what i have to do and when i got to do it etc.
I am on the last step of putting this whole thing behind me , and want to try and move on and re start my life again.

Is this the the end and this is what i have to do for a year ?

This just means that you will have a NT tax code until the end of the financial year (Apr 2010) and you won't have any tax deducted from your income. The tax that would normally be deducted will now be paid into your account and you will then pay it to the OR.

Good question, elfieb. I think that there should be two 'affiliate' sections to the 'Club' - one for DRO's and one for IVA's.

But we'll have to wait to see what te 'boss' says.
I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

Up to you lot, but I would say DRO is as close to BR as makes no difference (at least for this purpose).
