If only the pound shop delivered.. hehe

Looking to do a 15 feet square front room, and approx 4 x 24 hallway- that has a large alcove at side, another 4 feet x 8 feet.

Beware of cheap carpet tiles would be my advice, especially in high traffic areas such as a hall. Last year a friend replaced the ones in the dining area of her kitchen diner. The old ones had been down for around 20yrs & still had some life left in them, but she wanted a different colour. They ordered new ones from ebay & in less than a year they looked quite shoddy & worn. With carpets & flooring, you definitely get what you pay for.

Try out Freegle or Freecyle to see if anybody is refurbishing & have any decent carpet tiles free to collect.
The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.

I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.
