NCO harrassment again!!

Hi
This debt collection company are still hassling me over a debt they can't prove is mine. I have sent them both the CCA template letters which clearly pointed out that as of 25/7/07 they were unable to pursue the debt at law as they hadn't provided any documentation stating the debt was mine. I have even reported them to my local Trading Standards and spoken to the Office of Fair Trading about them but all to no avail. They keep writing to me and I keep re sending my previous CCA letter by recorded delivery (which they ignore) and then they start telephoning me. I have lost my patience with them now and keep hanging up on them but surely this is classed as harrassment and I don't know what to do next.
I have a seriously ill daughter so cannot change my telephone number without major hassle to me and don't see why I should and can't ignore my phone as the call could be medical.
Any suggestions?

I would go to a solicitor and seek legal advice over this and get your solicitor to write to them.. thats your best bet.... they are harrassing you.. they have no right..0
-
I would also complain to the local Trading Standards office for NCO.I am a debt counsellor working in the voluntary sector - we don't charge our clients for the work we do!0
