I've known surveys to appear at midnight.

I now managed to get to £39.90 and then stopped getting surveys. Wrote to them - no reply. Is that the tactic they use not to pay us?

You will get to £40,it just takes a few days to get that last 10p,its how they work.

I am on £6 and not had any surveys all this week.

No, you need to answer a survey to earn it.

They now added 10p to my account so I reached £40. Want to go ahead with BACS redemption but it came with such a note:

"N.B Please note that BACS and PayPal payments will be made within 28 days and your account credit balance will now reflect a deduction of £40"

So they are now going to deduct £40? Did I understand correctly?

They're sending you the £40 so your OnePoll balance will be reduced by £40 to reflect that. You'll get the money pretty much on 28 days if experience is anything to go by.

Thank your for your advice. :)Its clear now that they meant One poll account balance but not my bank balance!

I reached £40.00 on March 5th and I'm still waiting for the £40.00 to appear in my PayPal account.

The it 'can take up to 28 days' should probably be updated to it will take 28 days to pay you. At least I've only got another 10 days to wait.
