you would not do it at home, wait till you run out and have to go to the shops you stock up a bit.
Treat the ground floor store like a shop someone visits once a week or more on the way into work before you climb to the top of the building.
could have a rota and people just tick a box when they notice what's running out and needs collecting next time.
This!
And for your coffee in the sugar issue, I have one of these at home which would help;

I used to have 2 spoons but cut it down gradually, now I have none and enjoy the coffee just as much.
If you must have sugar, stock up on the small tubes you get in hotels / fast food places and take it with you each time.0 -
Keep the jar in your locker overnight and collect it in the morning and leave it on the desk you are occupying during the day? I'd also put your name in the jar if you haven't done that already.0

Exactly what I did so many years ago, I can't remember when. Much healthier, more convenient and cheaper - so MSE!!If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0 -
Bring in just enough to cover you for the day, that way you can keep it in the bank (Between your bum cheeks).0

give up the sugar and start to actually enjoy the tea for what it isThe questions that get the best answers are the questions that give most detail....0

Purchase sugar sachets.
Thread them on string.
Wear as a necklace.
Pull them off as required.0 -
It might be a bit OTT but put superglue in the gap where the slips go.
Put your sugar in. Lock it and leave it safe in the kitchen.

I am sure you can find something better?
My dragons den idea, lockable tea/coffee/sugar/milk storage jars.
I was going to suggest put some sugar int he kitchen with a note saying I have spat in this. But how good would you be if someone else wrote so have I?I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Make your drinks in - a flask
Safest way
A lot of the time we get to experience milk that has gone off (the fridge leaver opener is worse then the teaspooner in sugar) so it's safest to make own in advance.0 -
