If you're self employed and owe tax that you can't pay, is the maximum they give you to repay 12 months?

I don't think its about how long they will give you, its about how much they think you can afford to pay. https://www.gov.uk/difficulties-paying-hmrc/when-you-call-about-your-tax-bill
