NatWest aip htb

I will warn you now I am the worst person at waiting. My broker submitted an aip request to NatWest this afternoon - how lng roughly will it take till we here back,

If a yes after full application is done are they one of the lenders that re credit check around completion.. at moment we have said o/d will be paid off at completion but what happens if we go into it by £100 or so on day of completion?

Above is just hypothetical but broker said that NatWest don't like builder incentives and I was as equity in current property is tight was hoping to take advantage of builders offer to pay estate agent and stamp duty

Natwest AIP is soft check, it was instant when I did it. Perhaps its manually done by Natwest for intermediaries (brokers).
