Natwest Mortgage Valuation

Hi Guys,
Going through a broker and applied for a mortgage with Natwest beginning of last week. The valuation took place today, how long is it normally before Natwest make their decision? They requested Payslips, bank statements and ID all of which were sent last week so i'm assuming they have everything to make their decision?
Is it a good or bad sign that they haven't been back in touch since submitting all our documentation? Broker keeps saying it early days and to not worry, but not sure how much more of this over thinking I can take
