Do soft credit checks show up on all credit reference agencies data? We got an AIP from Halifax back in October through a broker, but this is not showing up when I check ClearScore (which I know uses data from Equifax)? But the one our solicitor did is showing there?

No. They don't.
Don't forget regardless of which CRA logs them, no-one else can see them but you.I am a mortgage broker.
