Sunday working & flexible working requests

To be honest I really don't understand why you've asked the question here. The only people who can say if your employer will consider the Sunday opt-out and a flexible working request to be two requests in one year is your employer. Our thoughts are pure conjecture.0

TELLIT01....I asked here because I thought maybe there were clauses in the flexible working request that don't allow you to opt of out Sunday working whilst the agreement stands and that you'd have to make it as part of a new request. Something that stands by law and isn't just up to my employer....otherwise I would've asked them thanks.
Agrinnall...no there aren't other people queuing up to work Sundays. They get spread out between most of the staff, just means the others will have to do more. I only work 2 a month so only two shifts to cover which won't be a problem with regards to the rota.0 -
I wouldn't really say I was breaching the flexible working request any more than anyone who starts a job and agrees to work Sundays then changes their mind?
And if it turns out I would be breaching it but submitting the opt out early then I guess I'll just need to wait till renewal time.0 -

Why is this, was this a mutually agreed trial arrangement?Don’t be a can’t, be a can.0
