What Blogs do you read for DFWing goodness?

I'm an avid reader of blogs, and there are a few personal finance ones which I read as quickly as they get written. The ones I follow are American, generally written from a personal perspective, and have a heavy emphasis on getting debt free. Money is money, no matter where you are in the world, so there's a lot of good thought going on.
My favourite by far is Get Rich Slowly which is very down to earth, which simple unpatronising comment and insight. It looks like the banner photo is of Avebury, which the author visiting a recent trip to England.
Through his site I've discovered The Simple Dollar which is again pragmatic and insightful.
There are a few productivity blogs like lifehacker and Zen Habits which are cool for picking tips and tricks, as well as little hacks for daily life.
So does anyone else read other finance blogs?

Hi HBL, great post by the way, I listen to tapes (well i used to now im not dedicating to revising) usually stuff such as Cummuta, Bach et al for Money, How to make friends and influence people, and other self help such as Tony Robbins and so on, but ive never looked at blogs (which is weird as I work in IT)
Some good stuff there, i like the zen habits one as its something ive been working at gradually for the past 2 years, with some success (but not great) but my room is a lot less cluttered than it was before and im more organised.
I think these are great for DFW's even if its just to spend time on this instead of thinking of spending or whatever else.0 -
If it weren't for lifehacker I wouldn't be experimenting with the whole GTD thing. I've not found a complete use for it as yet because my job isn't especially intensive at the moment, and my caseload isn't overwhelming. The whole crux of the system is to write down everything you need to do at the moment it occurs to you, or to 'download' or 'capture' all those loose thoughts (open loops!) of what you think you need to do into a physical place, and then spend a few minutes figuring out what you need to do NEXT to get that thought done for real.
I like the hacked moleskine for process/capture. Sure they're not cheap, but that's more incentive to USE it. (plus it's within budget, I spend so little else)

I have never read a money saving or finance blog, but I love books on the same subject, recently read 'Rich Dad Poor Dad' and 'The Richest Man in Babylon', so I really like the sound of these blogs.
I will definitely look at them when I get time, thanks! Finally Debt Free After 34 Years, But Still Need to Live Frugally

Hi hbl - I'm a GTD addict! Believe me, once you get deep into it you can't stop
Just ask my OH, she thinks I'm in a cult (a very organised one that is!)
Oh, and I read all the lifehacker, zenhabits, 43 folders etc blogs as well - I've set up my google reader to list them, to make sure I dip in daily.

I never really got into the 43 folders blog, being named after the one thing in GTD that sounds like too much trouble to effect! Struck me as an elaborate replacement for a perfectly suitable calendar... All the other GTD makes sense as a labour saving device, so I can digg it.
I love google reader too! There are some that post too often though - lifehacker and boing boing being the worst offenders.Student Loan Company Ltd: 17,805 (2.8%) Overdraft: 500 (Interest free)
