Pension Connect Ltd - another cold calling scam company

Just become aware of another cold calling scam company. Pension connect ltd.
They rang one of my clients pretending they were offering a free pension review as part of the new govt requirements. That is obviously a lie and it will not surprise anyone that the company is not regulated by the FCA.
Luckily, they were on a warnings list of the pension provider who contacted me after a request for information and transfer forms was made by them. I checked with the client who told me what happened and it was classic cold call scam. Report made to the FCA.
If this company contacts you, do not act on it (and that goes for any cold calling)

I've had several of these calls from various providers and now just say I don't want a review as I've got a civil service pension. They can't better that so they go away!0

They go away because they know that your Civil Service pension can't be transferred to a DC scheme, so they can't get their thieving mitts on it!0 -
They just phoned me 10mins ago...same old rubbish, tried last year to get me to transfer my pension to the 'Cape Verde' holiday resort off Africa, now they are asking me to Invest in it :mad:
They should be shut down!!0
