FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO USE YOUR VOUCHERS INSTORE....DON'T.
FOR THOSE OF YOU THAT DO YOUR WASTING MONEY.
IF YOU DONT WANT TO USE THEM ON DEALS YOU MIGHT AS WELL SELL THEM ON EBAY FOR APPROX 50% MORE THAN FACE VALUE...THIS IS BECAUSE THE PERSON BUYING THEM STILL GETS A GOOD DEAL...
FOR EXAMPLE... YOU HAVE £20 OF VOUCHERS ..THIS IS WORTH £80 IN DEAL VOUCHERS....SO MOST EBAYERS BUT THE £20 FOR £40 ONLINE AND GET £80 WORTH OF DELA S TO SPEND. YOU WOULD GET £40 FOR YOUR £20 AND THEREFORE HAVE MORE TO SPEND IN TESCO IF YOU WANTED!! GET IT? YOU HAVE TO ORDER THE DEAL AND THEN POST THEM ONTO WHOEVER IS BUYING THEM FROM YOU!!!

You have to convert them into something else first, so you 'sell' your cash vouchers, and the buyer tells you what sort of deal they want. You apply for the deal and then send the deal vouchers to the buyer. Deal vouchers don't have names on (at least the holiday ones I have, don't).When I had my loft converted back into a loft, the neighbours came around and scoffed, and called me retro.0 -
Apparently the Blackpool leisure vouchers are good sellers on ebay at the moment, so it would save hassle by converting them to these and then selling them. Although I couldn't part with mine, Florida here I come.0

Flo, I should really be doing this for my holiday next year as this one crippled us (unfortunately went to Butlins and could've used my points for this too but didn't realise). Can you (or someone else
) tell me, you get the vouchers in the post then you apply for which ever deal e.g. holiday to Florida.. Now what I want to know is, do you exchange your vouchers every time you get them or do you save them up and do it at one go? Are the deal vouchers when you've exchanged them only valid for a certain amount of time?
ThanksDFW Nerd no. 496 - Proud to be dealing with my debts!!0 -
The holiday deal vouchers are only valid for 6 months, and the original cash vouchers are valid for 2 years, so it is safer to save them as cash vouchers and convert them nearer the time when you need them.
The 6 months on the deals is for booking though, i.e. you have to make the booking within 6 months, it doesn't matter if you actually travel later than that. When I had my loft converted back into a loft, the neighbours came around and scoffed, and called me retro.0
