As far as I'm aware (since an IVA is a legal form of insolvency) you must give your correct current address.

The IVA will be recorded here on the IS website with your address, and the same should go for your credit reference files. So there is no point trying to hide your address.

Debt collection activity should cease on debts that can be put into your IVA if it is agreed, so there should be no problems with these unless you have any exempt debts being pursued.

Have you taken free and unbiased advice from one or more of the organisations in my signature to see whether an IVA is your best option?

    HI
I'd agree with the above - you have to tell them your actual address as you have entered a legally binding agreement. However, do contact somewhere like the CCCS for more advice on it if it's really worrying you.
