My grandma an grandad are well off an she has done her research for it it was mine for when I got older to but it just does not accommodate me an my family think the best thing I can do is go an speak to someone see what's the best options as the people I have spoken to at the place we are a home has said it's not problem! I am renting at the minute which I pay 950 a month in rent but mortgage would be 480 the women said so I don't know I will be ringing someone up Monday am going to speak to someone as I don't want to apply for a home I will not get0

You just need to speak to a mortgage specialist who is going to give you realistic information, and then from there you can decide what to do. This may mean settling for a cheaper house, or seeing if you are able to come up with an even larger deposit if you want to buy an expensive home. Rents tend to be more than mortgage repayments but imagine what your mortgage payments would be at 12% interest, which could very well happen again at some point.0
