What type of buyer am I?

I'm starting to research the mortgage market in anticipation of needing it in 6+ months time, but I'm getting rather baffled on what type of mortgage to look at.
Everyone seems to be categorised as a first time buyer, remortgager, or someone moving (i.e. with something to sell). I am none of these - but what am I?!
I don't currently own a property, having sold my last place around 10 years ago when I divorced. So I don't have anything to sell. I'm not a first time buyer, as I've previously owned a property. I'm not remortgaging as I don't have a mortgage.
What kind of mortgages will actually apply to me?

In effect you are a first time buyer for mortgage purposes. Though having owned a property previously, this will exclude you from benefiting from certain Government schemes.0

Ah ok thank you. I wasn't looking at schemes - tbh I'm too old for those anyway!
Helpful to know what to look at though.

You are a homemover.
Some lenders may choose to treat you as a FTB as you haven't owned a property or been party to a mortgage in the last x years.I am a mortgage broker.
