Hello
For those who have followed my 'journey' I have, today, switched my Mortgage with Nationwide.
I have decided to go for;
5 Year Fixed at 2.09% £335p/m - Remaining mortgage £66.3k
I will also be making my monthly payment w.e.f 1st April £617 (Overpayment of £282)
I fathom - Correct me if I am wrong
£500pm Capital
£117 Interest
This means I will pay off my mortgage 10 yrs early!!
