DRAMA 2 – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1) The prize comprises a ten (10) night twin centre stay in California for two (2) people including;

• Economy flights from a London airport (of the winner’s choice) to San Francisco airport and flying back to London from San Diego
• Standard car hire for the full ten night duration
• Car Hire – The Winner must ensure that one of the party on the trip holds a current UK driving licence, is over 25 years of age with a full, clean licence and willing to act as the nominated Driver. Drivers must have a valid credit card in their own name to act as a guarantee on collection of the vehicle. Without this they will not be permitted to hire the car. If Drivers are under 25 years then additional young driver insurance will be payable locally by the Winner.
• £400 accommodation allowance to cover a maximum of 2 nights for the journey between San Francisco and San Diego.
• £100 maximum petrol allowance.
• Three (3) night’s accommodation at The Marker, San Francisco sharing a Queen Deluxe Room on room only basis
• Five (5) nights at the Omni San Diego Hotel sharing a Premium Bay View Guestroom on room only basis

2) Should the winner not be willing or unable to drive between locations then the winner will forfeit the following elements: car hire for the full duration, petrol allowance and accommodation allowance for the journey between locations. In replacement of this the winner will receive a one way flight from San Francisco to San Diego including transportation to and from the airport to their hotel. The full stay will then be reduced from ten to eight nights in total.
3) Where the prize winner is under 18 years old, he/she must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over to check into the hotel. Please note that either the prize winner or their companion will need a current and valid credit card in order to check in at each hotel for security deposit purposes.
4) The prize must be taken by 15th December 2017
5) The stay must be completed within the time-frame stated within these terms and conditions. Extensions to the validity of the prize will not be allowed unless first authorised by Channel
6) Booking is subject to availability.
7) The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of the date of their congratulations letter from Cloud Nine and at least six weeks in advance of their preferred booking date or the prize may be forfeited.
8) Neither Channel 5 nor Cloud Nine will accept responsibility for the hotel or any facilities being unavailable, withdrawn or amended.
9) Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner.
10) Passports and Visas are the responsibility and at the cost of the prize winner. For all US trips, UK Passport holders must hold a valid ESTA (electronic tourist visa) from the US Embassy, which can be applied for online prior to travel. Anyone not holding an ESTA will be refused boarding at check in or turned back from the US upon arrival without exception. Channel 5 or Cloud Nine cannot be held responsible if the prize winner or any of the travelling party fail to obtain the required travel documentation.
11) There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize. The prize is non-transferrable.
12) Transport to and from the London airport is the responsibility of the prize winner.
13) Accommodation kindly provided by The Marker San Francisco and the Omni San Diego Hotel
