I am due to remortgage this afternoon and have the following question:

Rate 2.09%
Amount: 67000
Monthly payment: 342

How much of this is interest per month? I calculate £117 of the amount paid per month is interest? Is this correct?

Basically

I want to make the following OP

Monthly: £617

So that if my calculations correct £500 capital is being paid and £117 interest

Is this correct?
